When a top-flight property investment and management company challenged us to reinvent a tired and dated business park, we were in familiar territory. Actually, we found ourselves in glamorous Harefield (just off the main Uxbridge to Rickmansworth Road (A412) and under one mile from the amenities of Harefield Village). Our objectives were to raise its profile, attract new tenants and increase the value for resale. So we rebranded the park, including designing, building and installing new signage throughout. With all vacant space now filled, the signs couldn’t be better.
